Very bad products, worse customer service. I had the tile protector which sheared off my floor in multiple spots the second anything liquid spilled on them, even after sending many pictures worth of evidence HG refuses to ackowledge this product (product 14) is bad. According to Richard from customer service, pre-mopping 6 times is not enough for the floor to be clean prior to application, and product 14 cannot handle getting wet. I find that last one to be a large problem considering it is meant to be a floor protector and it will get water on it.
