Unacceptable agency.
I have rented in FriendlyHousing for 2 years now. They never solved issues I had with my room or the house. The landlords are really mean and rude. They even threatened to throw my things away once even though I did nothing wrong. If I had some issue in the house, the landlord and the agency tried to get away with it by not replying and let me wait for more then a month, but then when I did something they immediately complain and threaten. And my issues of course were never solved.
I tried to rent a new house, and of course, since I live in Eindhoven I apply for approx. 10 properties in Friendly Housing. I subscribed to their excellent profile but they don't even give me a viewing because they said "there are too many candidates".
Just avoid this agency and let them fall.

Natuurljk is een wet voor dat verhuurders hun woning in huurprijs mogen verhogen maar je kunt ook overdrijven.
Ze gooide gemiddeld de huur per jaar met 50,- netto omhoog.
Daarnaast zijn ze telefonish heel slecht bereikbaar.
Via de mail reageren ze de ene keer binnen 10 minuten maar zodra er geld overgemaakt moet worden kun je weken op antwoord wachten.
Toen ik inmiddels al 2 maanden vertrokkken was uit de woning had ik mijn borg nog niet terug!

Maandelijks worden er absurde kosten (service kosten) in rekening gebracht, wettelijk zijn verplicht om ieder jaar hier verantwoording over af te leggen, FH heeft hier maling aan. Tevens ieder ding wat er mis is aan de woning wordt afgedaan als "voor de rekening van de huurder". Daarnaast worden afspraken niet nagekomen en documenten niet geüpload.
Een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor 2, zo ver mogelijk bij deze boeven uit de buurt blijven.

Ik heb hier een jaar lang een studenten kamer gehuurd, en het is bedrijf is niet zo 'friendly' als de naam suggereert. De kamer opzich was prima, maar het huis zelf was helemaal geen gezellig huis, maar dat werd ook helemaal niet gefaciliteerd er was geen zit plaats om gezamelijk dingen te doen naast de 2 persoons tafel in de keuken. Ik heb dit van meerdere mensen vernomen. Het draait voor hun allemaal om geld. Toen ik mijn kamer had opgeleverd had ik maar mijn uiterste best gedaan om te voorkomen dat ik extra kosten op liep, uiteindelijk zijden zij van je de lamp zit nog stof op en de kraan is wat vies. Twee klusjes van 10 minuten, maar nee daar komt de schoonmaak voor 50 euro wel effe langs voor. Ik vind het belachelijk dat ze voor studenten verhuren, en hun portemonee helemaal leegtrekken. Bijvoorbeeld tijdens covid kwam de schoonmaker niet maar wij wel nog steeds elke maand 50 euro betalen voor service kosten (schoonmaak) want het is "overmacht" . Ik raad iedereen aan om ver weg te blijven bij deze zaak.

Really friendly agency compared to other agencies I had contact with in Eindhoven, I can recommend them. I rented a room without viewing (coming from another country) and it was exactly like illustrated on the pictures. They were also very helpful when I needed something and they replied to e-mails fast and answered all questions. It is a tough housing market in Eindhoven and taking that into account, they really treat tenants nicely.

Ik huur bij Friendly Housing en de service is heel slecht. Wordt half opgeleverd, dan moet je de maanden daarop gewoon volle bak huur betalen zonder dat de openstaande zaken opgepakt worden. Je moet er continu achteraan bellen en als je belt om iets te laten repareren, krijg je achteraf de rekening gestuurd. Zonder dat hier van tevoren over geïnformeerd is. Ik adviseer echt nooit iets te huren bij Friendly Housing.
