Our experience with this company has been a NIGHTMARE. We hired them to completely renovate our house from 1968. Before signing the offer Ruud, the owner, treats you with kindness, communicates a lot, etc. The moment you sign the offer, he transforms completely to the opposite. We were very naive and signed a contract that established some payments per period of time, e.g. after 6 weeks 50% and so on. Terrible mistake. They work very slowly and are very secretive about the construction plan. When you have to pay you feel cheated because the progress of the works and materials installed are three times less than the money you have to pay. The installation of the PVC floor in our house is horrible: the egaliseren was not done correctly (lumps can be seen), plates are loose, the borders are not neatly cut, a lot of errors. They say they are going to install an insulation material and they end up installing a different one without explaining in advance why. They never installed the windows sills (vensterbanken) and we had to endure the cold of January like that with our two small children! They don't care about the client, they only care about the money you pay. The contract established the works would take 12 -16 weeks, we are now in week 38 and they haven't finished yet! We are missing the sliding door and kitchen door (which everybody knows are very expensive), we are missing the solar panels, the window sills, a lot of the painting and other smaller things which are all already paid, since we paid 95% of the total budget as per the contract already in November. They are not professionals
