The service can't get ruder than that! The most unfriendly and practically aggressive behavior. Never seen that in France or UK where I lived before moving to Amsterdam. The CLIENT SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST IN THIS SHOP. Came out from it almost crying. Just moved to this city so wasn't aware that here the post office does not exist and you need to prepare all your packages at home. So came to this shop with my 20 months old daughter. First the lady sent me out from the counter in a rude manner saying that HERE you prepare your packages yourself and it's not up to her to help me. I picked up an envelope and started to sign the address , the lady didn't let me do it because she kept interrupting me so that I take my daughter away from her books, journals, post cards what not. When I finally got to fill out the address on the envelope, the same lady in this shop screamed at me that I must watch over my daughter (the latter didn't damage a thing and just took the book that I intended to buy for her anyways). I sad I was new to the post office service in this country, but would definitely never come back to her shop anymore. So I ask the lady to post my letter I was sending to France and she refuses sending me to another shop since I don't want to use her shop anymore. I insist saying it's not legal to refuse to post the letter since she is a representative of the post.nl. She puts my letter away and just leaves to see the next client. Please stop saying in Paris the service is rude. Everywhere I go with my baby in that city people are friendly, helpful and understanding not like in this rotten Primera. Never seen so much irritation and practically hatred directed towards my child. Shame on this place. Hope it's not representative of a dutch attitude.
