My mother went here with her old-fashioned mobile phone she had for over 10 years and with a tele2 prepaid card, because t-mobile advertised that you could keep your old number and start using t-mobile prepaid cards (tele2 quit prepaid). As her phone was quite old and not charging good anymore, she inquired if they had a new similar type of phone for her. But they didn't.... so they ended up selling her an expensive two year contract with a phone she doesn't understand at all!! Like it was either that or she could never use mobile again. She didin't know they still sold those oldfashioned type phones at other places. When i found out when i visited here 3 weeks later and she complained she didn't know how to use her new mobile anymore, i went to this shop to ask if they could take it back but they couldn't or wouldn't or whatever, because she signed the contract more than two weeks before.... at that time 20 days to be exact. I ended up buying one for her at RiTel, almost at the opposite side of the street.
