Last week, my son placed an order without my permission around 22h on this website.
5 minutes later, when I received an e-mail mentioning an order on my mailbox, I sent an e-mail to cancel the order and get a refund.
Next morning I sent a Whatsapp to be sure the information was received, I have been replied that the order was already shipped.
I asked for the tracking number and after that I never got any reply to my mails, WhatsApp messages or phone calls, they just don't answer.
I didn't get any refund, neither any item and the order is marked as "processing" on my account.
So they lied about the shipping and are not answering any of my phone calls or messages, SCAM WEBSITE.
