We contacted them to have an internal glass pane replaced.

Things started well, we got a competitive quote based on what we'd requested, and arranged them to come measure and bring a sample of monumntal glass, as requested.

The engineer arrived with plain glass, but still tried to convince us it was the monumental glass we'd requested to see. It clearly wasn't the right glass and after some time trying to convince us, he agreed that it was not the right glass type. Mistakes happen, but the attempt to gaslight us was a red flag. Still, he took the exact measurements and we discussed that we were deciding between two glass types, so he told us he'd get back to us with exact quotes for both.

We waited for the quotes, but the next thing we heard was a message telling us when the glass would be installed.
We replied saying we didn't want to commit yet, since we don't have the quotes for the different glass types for the work yet. The appointment was cancelled.

We explained that we were still waiting for the quotes and options as discussed with the person who took the measurements. We were told that the details were passed on to their financial man, and continued to wait.

We waited two weeks, emailing a couple more times to find out if there was any update. The first message received no reply, the second a reply with the contact details of the measurer directly and a request to stop emailing them about it.

I emailed the person who took the measurements directly, and one month later finally got the quotes we requested. By this point, the company had raised enough red flags that we decided to go with another company, so decided not to follow up. However it was at this point we received another unrequested email for an appointment to install the glass without any confirmation from our end.

I called to cancel it and emailed the cancellation to all involved also, since it was clear that internal communication was a problem. The next day I received the reply that they couldn't see what the problem was, which says it all really.

Telefoon wordt niet opgenomen (want er was een overleg). Klanten zijn blijkbaar niet belangrijk genoeg om telefonisch te woord te hoeven staan

Buijs Glas kwam niet langs, want 'ze hadden alle maten'. We kregen dus geen advies aan huis. Bij het zetten bleek dat het zonnescherm weggehaald had moeten worden. Dit moesten we hals over kop zelf doen. Ongevraagd zijn kleine raampjes vervangen door tochtstroken. Bij de rekening was per ongeluk (?) 21% over arbeidskosten gerekend ipv 6. Het glas is wel netjes.
