Track Trace status claimed there was nobody home and the driver left a message (according to the website.) On this point they were correct there wasn't anybody home but there was no card left to reach out or contact them. My neighbours next door were home in the afternoon and said no body came by. Makes sense because there was no card left.
Then they shipped the package back to Eindhoven (HQ) and the status says "Ontvanger niet thuis. We hebben een bericht achtergelaten en wachten tot de ontvanger contact met ons opneemt"
At this point you can reach custom service by phone and it's impossible to get in touch with an operator and the only option you have is make a new appointment through the website : and following this route the website gives an error right after entering the shipment number. The only option to reach out is an online form which doesn't bring you anything.
I needed my package this day or at least a fast option to reach out for a new delivery option. It's a shame that this company has such a bad website and (service?!)
Never again and to all the people out there find an other company to do business with or do your online research with online reviews like this.
