Hoe is deze score opgebouwd?
Masa Bouw is echt een geweldige partij om mee samen te werken. Ze hebben ons enorm geholpen met het verbouwen van onze nieuwe horecazaak. Ze denken heel goed mee en dragen creatieve oplossingen aan. Ze zijn enorm vakkundig en leveren strak werk af. We krijgen regelmatig complimenten van gasten over de mooie afwerking van ons restaurant. Masa Bouw komt gemaakte afspraken na en het is gemakkelijk om met ze te communiceren. Het was vanaf het begin duidelijk wat de kosten zouden zijn en er werd tijdig aan de bel getrokken als we daarvan afweken. We zijn ontzettend blij met de samenwerking en raden ze dan ook heel erg aan aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbare en vakkundige verbouwingspartner.
Hoe is deze score opgebouwd?
I never write bad reviews on internet but here goes; I hired this company (1 man company it seems) to carry out a renovation in my 40m2 flat. I have never ever had such a bad experience as this one, it has caused me immense stress for the last 6 months.
-Very bad communication, I had to chase the man (who I won't name) for answers as to when they would finish (they were late). Also, he didn't think ahead or explain potential problems that could arise.
-It seems that this company is focussed on making a quick buck, totally no finesse when it comes to renovating a small flat. I had to chase/ask the man coordinating the work to come back multiple times to sand, repaint, clean marks and fix damage they had caused. This lasted months.
-Not all the problems were fixed because I decided to let it go, I was extremely tired by this point. I still have some holes in my wooden floor and other damage.
-To top it all off, this company went behind my back and moved the internet cable without my permission, not explaining that this had to be done by KPN. I ended up having no wi-fi since the renovation.
-The internet cable and plugs have not been finished properly, it looks like a botched job as the UTP cable isn't cut in 2 with connectors. I have contacted KPN and they will have to fix this, which may cost me 100's of euros.
-I withheld the last payment to this company (it's pennies compared to the thousands I have already spent. I have tried to speak to them and wrote letters but I have been met with the same rudeness i encountered before, that I have to pay and they wont cover any costs for me to repair the mess that they have done.
-I used this company because they are registered and I was willing to pay a bit more. The finish of the work and subsequent damage is totally not worth the money.
