Have to agree with the previous commenters: Horrific experience dating back to some months ago, while in Amsterdam. My clothes were washed multiple times due to their error in treating, leaving various items damaged at first glance. What is worst is the not caring attitude of the woman behind the desk. When asked what happened or which chemicals were used, she was not able to reply a single question, instead acted with indifference as if nothing occurred. Took me a good while to get part of money back, which was a pain in the ass. Still my clothes have the signs of their incompetence. Forget about a refund of your clothing. You will be asked to step out of the store. Glad to see I am not the only one who experienced a bad service with these people. Amber, accept a piece of advice, either you learn the industry you are working in or better go back to your previous job.

Sent my assistant to pick up my dry cleaning. Came back with damaged clothing. Had to catch a flight early morning next day, otherwise I would have personally gone there to complain. Worst service ever.

Hele slechte service, niet professioneel, hele grote kans om je kleding beschadigd retour te krijgen, arrogante eigenaren en nog erger niet bereidwillig om mee te denken/werken of hun fout toe te geven om hun klant te helpen.
