AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! We visited this salon for the first time at the end of May 2023 based on their "apparently good" reviews, which are obviously all fake. I think this has to be the WORST salon i've ever been to, with the most inexperienced staff that i've ever met. My daughter went in with a photo of her desired hair colour, which was a full head of very light, ash blonde highlights. This seemed to be no problem. Roxanna was her stylist, who was extremely rough with my daughter, pulling at her hair and actually hurting her. During the appointment Roxanna appeared to be frustrated because her colleague was sick and the next client was already complaining she was late! She rushed through the hair appointment leaving the final result to be nothing short of an absolute mess! The highlights were at least 2 inches away from my daughters roots, there was yellowy "bleeding" from using dated cotton wool techniques, the highlights were patchy and mainly non existant and the colour was wrong. The highlights were thick and did not blend in at all and most of the back of her head had not been totally missed. When my daughter explained that she wasn't happy with the end result Roxanna was incredibly rude. She told her that this is how it's supposed to look and that she was not prepared to offer a resolution. As a mother i was immediately angered by this response, my daughter had paid €150 and nobody was even prepared to fix it. Very poor customer service. I called the salon and demanded to speak to the Manager... she was sick but an employee promised to call me back. She didn't. I called again and was told someone would call me back. Only after threatening to take legal action did anybody even agree to fixing it (i was not asking for a refund) We had to wait 3 weeks for another appointment before another stylist attempted to fix this awful mess. We revisited the salon mid June 2023 hoping for a better result since it was a different stylist but this was not to be. Upon leaving the salon we were yet again not happy. The colour was still really bad, missed parts had not been done and the colour was nothing like what we had asked for, yet again!!! Choosing this salon was the worst decision we ever made and they have wrecked my daughter's hair beyond repair now. NEVER AGAIN.

Vandaag voor de eerste keer bij Revolution geweest.
Mijn haren zijn door Romy geknipt en highlights gezet.
De kleur is prachtig en mijn haar zit super fijn.
Ik ging super blij de deur uit en kom zeker terug.

Knippen top, Kleuren mooi en heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor de kwaliteit die je krijgt zijn de prijzen laag!
