I recently purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta 1.4TSI Hybrid from Garage Osseveld, located at Kraaienweg 61, 7331 HW Apeldoorn. The seller I dealt with was Luciano, and my experience with both him and Garage Osseveld was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
When I initially inquired about the car, Luciano assured me that the vehicle was in perfect condition with no issues. I specifically asked him if the car would be reliable for a Europe road trip and if it would run for at least 100,000 KM without any problems. He confidently confirmed that the car would meet these requirements.
However, shortly after driving the car home, I noticed oil marks in my parking area. Concerned, I took the car to a mechanic for inspection. The mechanic determined that the oil leak was coming from the DSG gearbox, a costly repair estimated at a minimum of 5000 euros.
I immediately contacted Luciano to inform him of the issue and requested that he take the car back or cover the cost of the repairs. Shockingly, Luciano refused to accept any responsibility and claimed that he hadn't noticed any oil leaks when the car was in his possession.
To further validate the issue, I took the car to Pouw Volkswagen dealer in Kampen for a second opinion. They confirmed that the leak was indeed from the gearbox and reiterated that the repair would be expensive.
Despite multiple requests and attempts to resolve the issue, Luciano and Garage Osseveld have been uncooperative and unwilling to address the problem. Their lack of transparency and refusal to stand by the car's condition as described during the sale is completely unacceptable.
I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Garage Osseveld or dealing with Luciano to proceed with extreme caution. Their deceptive sales practices and unwillingness to address issues post-sale make them untrustworthy and unreliable. We hebben een golf 6 bij dit bedrijf gekocht. Meneer zei dat helemaal niks met auto aan de hand. Was tijdens proefrit ook inderdaad niet. Dag later begin auto al te roken daarna be gin auto in te houden. Nu bij de vw dealer geweest en zou u lijstje even opnoemen.
