The Taxi-Driver asked for a fixed price from RAI Amsterdam to the airport. Instead of putting on his Taximeter (he kept it off). The Price was over-expensive for this trip. The invoice was digital (pdf per email) and eventhough i asked him that i need the itinerary (from / to) to be mentioned on it and that he confirmed that it will be written on it, no itinerary was mentioned on the invoice. Which does not surprise me, since the price he asked is far above the price which would be reasonable for this distance. Be careful, aske for the Taximeter to be on, otherwise you will be duped!!!
