I ordered couple of times the the same remote at this company and the remotes broke every time with the exact same problem. What would a normal person do? Give the company feedback about this problem. What would a normal company with a normal service concept do? Appreciate that a customer takes the time to give feedback. ( And I was not even asking for a replacement or asking money)
Well, that was the introduction..lets see how this company replied
1) You are the only customer with this problem.( This is so a Fu. Standard Bias answer.)
2) Weird that 3 remotes had the same problem with only you ( So I was able to break them in the exact same manner?)
3) we advice you to go buy it somewhere else!!!!
Really? So you are telling a customer, who is already a customer for years..to, lets say it in Dutch: Donder op?
Well, a big Donder op to you then.
I also do not need the credit they wanted to sent me go shove it somewhere, money back was not even the initial thought..I just wanted to give feedback and maybe a solution for another remote..

Meerdere keren mails gestuurd,nog steeds geen reaktie terug,slecht bereikbaar via telefoon.

Was een beetje te snel met mijn vorige beoordeling; het bedrijf werkt toch goed en betrouwbaar. Ik ontving alleen geen bevestigingsmail na bestelling en betaling. Dat is een dag later rechtgezet.
