I bought the pony fur moccasins, already after wearing once the fur on the sole was worn away, I have the shoes also from Tods orginal, there is not the problem, I sent them back on 16.04.2022 as a complaint and until today neither a credit, a replacement or even the damaged pair back, emails are no longer answered, I will give this into legal hands, even if it costs effort and time, but now it's about the principle to protect future customers
