Absolutely shameful

Absolutely shameful - ordered mining rig was two weeks late in shipping, the business being completely uncommunicative for at least a week. I was fearful they had run off with my money. They did eventually deliver the rigs, but they were assembled very poorly and most of the GPU cards were flopping around all over the place - very lucky none of them were broken. Cables and wires everywhere, absolutely just thrown together with careless abandon.

The rigs were shipped with underspec'd power supplies, and were rebooting every 10 minutes while mining. The company knew this as I could see from event logs the rigs were rebooting during their test phase (which lasted all of 30 minutes, I might add). Shameful that they were delivered in this state.

Had to add a second server PSU to power the GPUs. Company wanted the original PSUs back before giving any compensation. Pathetic, as if I wanted to lose MORE mining time!

Windows was installed when Linux was asked for. Drivers incorrectly installed, one rig wouldn't even start mining until I reinstalled from scratch. The Windows installations weren't even licensed, so I've had to do that as well. Again, no compensation forthcoming.

Company moves onto next build and forgets about after sales.

This outfit needs a serious reality check, and I would highly suggest you DO NOT BUY from this company unless you are desperate and enjoy spending days fixing other people's mistakes.
